Hey guys! I liked the way my last thread went, so I couldn't wait to post my next one. As the title brings out, the next subject shall be on the Scarlet Witch. If you are unfamiliar with my first thread, these posts are about ways to take down a super, much like the Xavier Protocols for the X-Men. If Wanda Maximoff were to go off the rails, who would you call. (Inb4 Ghostbusters)

Name/ Alias: Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch
Species: Whoever has not given and up, as well as found the answer, please bring an answer. Thank you.
Powers:
1) First incarnation was a simpler, yet vague, form of Chaos Magic that allowed her the ability to affect probabilies to cause bad luck. These were, and still are sometimes, expressed through her hex bolts.
2) Second incarnation was expanded upon, by Chthon, as a having the ability to wield Chaos Magic to warp reality on a larger scale.
3) Most Powerful incarnation: she was given access to the life-force to add to her already powerful Chaos Magic to warp reality on a multiversal scale.
4) Her current incarnation: is simply Chaos Magic, but not as powerful as her second incarnation, at least not without notable consequences.
Weaknesses:
1) Wanda has been manipulated on occasion, usually through mind control or possession.
2) In her first incarnation, she was hindered by range of sight in affecting probabilities, meaning if it is not in her line of sight she won't be able to affect the are. Example: If she sees something broadcasted on TV she wasn't able to affect the area of which she saw through the television, but she could affect the television itself. This is obviously no longer the case.
3) Also in the past, her physical condition could also affect the effectiveness of her hexes, which wasn't very helpful since they have at times proven to be randomly have no affect when affect wants them to. This seemingly is no longer the case.
4) In her second incarnation, she had grown more precise with the level up by Chthon. Still, there would be times where her powers would not be so reliable, especially if she were to overextend her abilities after hexing for so long. If overextended to much, her hexes have actually been known to backfire on her and even undo the hexes she had caused previously in the battle. This doesn't seem to be the case now.
5) Nowadays, Wanda doesn't operate at the same levels as she used to as often, for recently, she had found out that her magic causes her to age if she uses her powers at a large scale as she had before. So now she won't necessarily use as much power, unless necessary.
Rules
1) For her first two incarnations, I would like it if the only supers used were supers easily contacted within the realm of the earth. Please refrain from using cosmic entities or gods for these fights, as that would be overkill, and not as fun.
2) For her last incarnation, same rules, but I will expand the realm of possibilities to outer space and other dimensions. No God-like being, please.
3) House of M Wanda will have no rule against her. Any and all possible means to take her down that are deemed necessary are allowed, considering we will already be having her ready for a fight.
4) The one exception to the first two rules, in regards to god-like beings, are if the character is able to at whim tap into untold amounts of power, since it is within their powerset. Example: Phoenix, Dr. Strange, and Dr. Doom are able to tap into vast amounts of powers in their own way, considering Stranger's magical prowess, Jean's Phoenix connection, and Doom's intellect and magic combination.
So, how would you go about handling one of the most powerful heroes in the marvel universe?
