hey everyone here is the complete walkthrough to get pirate deadpool,
STAGE 1
right next to the hydra outpost in buccaneer beach type /listen with any hero that has the /listen emote (full hero list coming soon) don't be in a party i did it ten times and it gave me the achievement
all heroes that don't have the /listen emote are as follows

Taskmaster can't /listen
Invisible Woman can't /listen
Psylocke can't /listen
Silver Surfer can't /listen
Mr. Fantastic can't /listen
Star-Lord can't /listen
Rogue can't /listen
Nova can't /listen
Juggernaut can't /listen
Magneto can't /listen
X-23 can't /listen
Venom can't /listen
Winter Soldier can't /listen
Iceman can't /listen
She-Hulk can't /listen
Vision can't /listen
Doom can't /listen
Ant-Man can't /listen
Black Cat Can't /listen (thx to @HaikenEdge for this one)
STAGE 2
go around buccaneer beach destroying everything and in time you will get an achievement "message in a bottle"

UPDATE It would appear you can do this part with any hero (thanks to everyone who helped me figure this out)
update people have been telling me in game that you can party up to get this one
achievement light will flash when complete but you will not get the achievement unlock untill you go back to a hub
Pirates Treasure Map, Fragment 1,
Darkness = defeat hand ninjas (anywhere in game) i found that hand tower in chapter 3 was the easiest place to find them.
Pirates Treasure Map, Fragment 2,
Undertow=Thugs in hoods hideout (story and terminals) i would suggest green terminal as you can repeat it easily.
Pirates Treasure Map, Fragment 3,
Boreal=kill things in norway
Pirates Treasure Map, Fragment 4,
Meteor=vibranium mines one-shot
Pirates Treasure Map, Fragment 5,
Volcano = Savage land
upon completion of fragment 5, you will get the "buried treasure" achievement and a purple pirate deadpool team up achievement chest will be in your inventory, when u right click on it the deadpool team up will DROP ON THE GROUND !!
along with 1 million credits make sure you pick them up.
