NAMOR
Namor, Marvel’s first mutant (or so they claim), is an Atlantean-Human mutant hybrid. He would be able to glide after moving for a short while (Like Iron Man and Storm), and would be kicking his legs while gliding as though as he is swimming. When he uses a power with the VFX of Flying/Gliding/Floating, he would also appear like he is swimming in the air. He doesn’t carry Neptune’s Trident around like Gambit does with his Bo Staff, but it appears only when Namor uses a Neptune power and Blunt Whack.

Being born half Atlantean and half mutant, Namor McKenzie was born into Atlantean Royalty, and when his father died, became the Marine Mastery. Namor has played a villain and a hero, going back and forth many times throughout his past. Namor has been a member of the Defenders and X-Men, and has allied himself with some of the world's most powerful and smartest men. Namor's half Atlantean half mutant physiology grants him powers no other Atlantean has. Namor has immense strength and many other abilities, but his strength alone is something to contend with.

POWER TREES
SECONDARY RESOURCE: HYDRATION
One pip = 5 Hydration. Upon login/switching zones, you will automatically have half of your maximum Hydration filled. The bar would decay by -0.5 per second. Per pip of Hydration filled, your Health Regen, Spirit Regen, Melee Damage Rating, Defense Rating would be slightly increased. These stats can be increased by increasing the ranks of Water Retention. Some of Namor's powers spend Hydration too. Per pip of Hydration missing, Namor's Damage Rating and Brutal Strike Rating increases, but his Defense Rating decreases. When Namor reaches 0 Hydration, he enters a "Bi-Polar State" where his Health Regen decreases and Spirit Cost increases by 5%, but his Damage Rating and Brutal Strike Rating increases too. These bonuses can be increased by increasing the ranks of Aggressive State.
The damage rating bonus in Bi-Polar State would be higher than the melee damage rating bonus at full Hydration, but every pip of Hydration provides Defense Rating, but not at Bi-Polar State.
Visual UI: The bar would look "watery" if possible. If not, then it can be blue in color.

Homo Mermanus Superior (Passive) (unlocked at level 1)
Your Atlantean-Mutant hybrid physiology makes you tougher and stronger than many other ordinary Atlanteans.

Atlantean Bash (Basic, Melee, Fighting) (unlocked at level 1)
Smash enemies in front of you, occasionally knocking them down.

Uppercut Slam (Melee, Fighting) (unlocked at level 8)
Fly forward and knock an enemy into the air, flying up and smashing the enemy down to the ground afterwards.

Wingfooted Flight (Movement) (unlocked at level 12)
Hold down the hotkey to fly above obstacles and enemies.
- Move Speed: +30% (+1% per rank)

VFX: As stated above, Namor’s VFX that involves flying will look like he’s swimming in air.
Aggressive State (Passive) (unlocked at level 16)
You get stronger and are able to land more brutal strikes when you are angry. Activate this power to spend all of your remaining Hydration to further boost your strength.

Note: When a player gains Hydration when at 0 Hydration, he would still have the buff from Bi-Polar State for 5 seconds to prevent a sudden drop in Damage Rating due to accidental gain.
Blunt Sweep (Melee, Area, Fighting) (unlocked at level 24)
Use Neptune’s Trident to forcefully whack enemies around you, weakening and knocking them back.

VFX: Namor will take out his trident and swing it around once.
Defensive Brawl (Basic, Melee, Fighting) (unlocked at level 26)
Pummel enemies in front of you as you enter a defensive stance.

- Defense Rating: +X for 8 seconds
- Attack Speed: 2 per second
Imperius Rex! (Signature, Neptune) (unlocked at level 30)
Nothing is better than your favorite motivating battle cry in your prime. Restores Hydration over time, lets every power restore some Hydration and increases your damage, critical and brutal strike rating.

Water Retention (Passive) (unlocked at level 1)
You are able to retain water in your body better, and with training, your physical limits are increased when you are hydrated. You are also resistant to fire-based attacks, and heal when standing in a whirlpool. When you spend Hydration, you break out of crowd control effect and are immune to them briefly.

- Maximum Hydration: 100 (+5 per rank, meaning 295 Hydration at rank 40)

Note: Namor is fireproof in the comics, so he’ll receive only 75% fire damage. I added+X E.Def Rating because Energy damage is sort of related to fire powers. But don’t worry, it won’t be a lot.
Aqua Jet (Movement, Melee, Fighting, Neptune) (unlocked at level 1)
Surround yourself with water and lunge at your enemy, knocking them down.
- Physical Damage: X ~ Y
- Spirit Cost: 10
Crushing Whirlpool (Ranged, Area, Neptune) (unlocked at level 4)
Summon a lasting whirlpool which damages and slows enemies caught in the whirlpool.
- Physical Damage: X twice per second for X seconds
- Area Duration: 5 seconds
- Slow: -20% attack/move speed
- Spirit Cost: 20
VFX: A whirlpool, similar to Emma’s Telepathic Torment.
Sprinkler System (Area) (unlocked at level 10)
Spurt out water from your pores, damaging nearby enemies and gaining a defense bonus. You also apply a debuff on enemies, making them take more damage from energy powers.

- Defense Rating: +X for Y seconds
- Debuff Effect:
- Enemies take 10% more energy damage
- Duration: 10 seconds

Splash Shockwave (Melee, Area) (unlocked at level 18)
Fly high up into the air as you crash down to the ground, releasing a water shockwave, knocking down and damaging nearby enemies.

- Hydration Cost: 25
- Cooldown Duration: 3 seconds
VFX: Would be like other heroes’ leap powers.
Hydro Cannon (Ranged, Neptune) (unlocked at level 28)
Hold down the hotkey to charge up and release a powerful water blast from your trident.
- Physical Damage: X ~ Y (+200% per second charged)
- Spirit Cost: 25
- Restores additional 2 Hydration per second charged
Aqua Ring (Neptune) (unlocked at level 32)
Hold down the hotkey to maintain a veil of water around you, restoring Hydration and health over time.
- Health: +X per second
- Hydration: +2 (+0.5 per rank) per second
- Ongoing Spirit Cost: 20 per second
Crashing Wave (Ranged, Area, Neptune) (unlocked at level 47)
Summon a huge wave and slam it down on your enemies, stunning them briefly.
- Physical Damage: X ~ Y
- Stun Duration: X seconds

Note: This power’s range would be all enemies in front and behind Namor. A huge wave would appear a distance behind Namor, rush past him and crash down a distance in front of Namor.
MARINE MASTERY

Respectful Rightful Ruler (Passive) (unlocked at level 1)
Your status as the ruler of Atlantis allows you to occasionally intimidate enemies when you get hit. When you dodge, you gain critical rating bonus for a short while.
- X% chance to make enemies cower when you get hit
- Critical Rating: +X for Y seconds when you dodge
Suffering Swordfish! (Ranged) (unlocked at level 3)
You telepathically summon a swordfish and launch it at your enemies, hitting enemies in its path and applying a debuff on them, making your attacks critically hit more often.
- Physical Damage: X ~ Y
- Debuff Effect:
- Debuff Duration: 5 seconds
- Critical Rating: +X to your powers
- Spirit Cost: 10
VFX: Namor does the "advance" hand signal as a swordfish appear and hits enemies. This power will have a high rate of fire, probably around 2.5 per second. (Swordfishes moves fast.)
Sonar Sense (Area) (unlocked at level 6)
Your sonar allows you to sense nearby enemies and their weak spots.
- You can see enemies on the minimap
- Vulnerability: Enemies take 10% extra damage for X seconds
- Spirit Cost: 10
Electrifying Eel (Ranged) (unlocked at level 14)
Shoot a blast of bio-electrical energy, stunning enemies in its path.
- Energy Damage: X ~ Y
- Stun Duration: X seconds
- Spirit Cost: 15
Painful Piercing Piranhas (Ranged, Area) (unlocked at level 22)
Summon a wave of aggressive flesh-eating piranhas to swarm through your enemies, biting their flesh away, causing them to bleed.
- Physical Damage: X ~ Y
- Physical Damage: X twice per second for 4 seconds
- Spirit Cost: 25
VFX: Similar to Squirrel Girl’s Squirrelpocalypse just that the piranhas "swim" through enemies.
Parrying Puffer (Toggle) (unlocked at level 37)
You can mimic a puffer. You inflate yourself with air, reflecting some projectiles and damage back at your enemies. You also have a chance to poison your enemies.

- Deal X physical damage when you get hit by a melee power
- Defense Rating: +X
- X% chance to deal X physical damage twice per second for 5 seconds when you hit with a melee power
- Maximum Spirit Reduction: 20
VFX: Namor becomes fat!
Shocking Skin (Toggle) (unlocked at level 42)
Enemies who strike you get zapped by bio-electricity and occasionally get stunned. You also convert energy damage into spirit.
- Energy Damage: X ~ Y to enemies who hit you with a melee power
- X% Chance to Stun
- Negate 5% of energy damage
- Restore X spirit when you get hit by an energy power
- Maximum Spirit Reduction: 20
ULTIMATE POWER: SEA OF THE DEAD

You summon a huge wave that floods the battlefield for a while, bringing your Atlanteans along with the wave as they attack enemies vigorously. Your enemies fight for air, taking damage over time and getting slowed. You swim around in breakneck speed, hitting enemies in your path. Being in water, your Hydration is instantly filled to 100%, you heal over time and receive an attribute bonus.
- Physical Damage: X twice per second (Drowning Dmg)
- Slow: -25% attack/move speed
- Atlanteans: X ~ Y physical damage per hit
