Just got this achievement today but I can't find the recipe anywhere. Thought it might be an item to click but there's nothing in my inventory. Also nothing in any of my Crafter tabs. Tried logging in and out several times with no luck. Supposedly it should be in the Costumes tab at the Crafter but it's not there.
