Lag no Matter What, need fix

Hi and thanks for looking into this. I have problem with the game the last month or so with lag. I called the cable company 10 times and them come out here twice for lag problem, 99% of it this game. Every 20 seconds i get a 2 second internet lag. Can i get fix on this, it would be much appreciated.
