First big update will make powers without levels.
But we will still have cosmic items, rings, medallions, some artifacts and uniques.
Second big update will give new type of items and make normal to cosmic items useful.
But we will still have cosmic items, rings, medallions and artifacts stay in the game [as well as uniques that we have].
We are even encuraged to have our uniques prepared to fight for better loot so those uniques will have to be worth something.
How the "+X to power X" or "+X to all powers" will be changed?
Or will it just give you nothing besides pure stats?
Meaning that uniques will relly on their pure stats and artifacts with +1 will loose on their value.
