His voice has changed in the newest Test Center patch.
I tried getting a few examples.
When casting CBoC "By the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak!"
When an item is found "I've read about this."
Seems he has a lot of the same lines as the previous voice but he says the casted spells more often.
