Freaky Frenton, for the Thanks, Gaz! achievement, seems to be missing from Chapter 1 since the rework.
According to marvelheroes.info, he's supposed to spawn in the "Rooftop Access" treasure room. The closest thing to that which currently exists in Chapter 1 is just named "Rooftop," and after reloading it about a dozen times, he still doesn't seem to be spawning.
Is this bugged, or has he been relocated since the rework?
