Am late to TC this round, been a busy week. Sorry this is gonna be last minute data. I decided to aim my testing at the Book of Demonicus, since there were some ambiguous questions regarding what constituted a "Basic" and what characters might be able to abuse it. I scooped up three, started testing, then hit this brick wall when I went to move them to new characters.
This applies to both the Unbind Artifact and Unbind Item recipes.
Guess it's back out to the portal if I want to test more characters.
Psst, spoiler from data so far:
Wolverine: Bloody Claws bleed counts as Basic and continues to proc continuously for as long as that DoT rolls.
X-23: All of her bleeds count as Basics and proc BoD continuously, with the exception of her sig.
