So I looked at this Dracula guy and it turns out he is pretty badass gentleman. Blood sucking, leaving thousands dead in his wake, six houndred years old gentleman mind affecting hundreds of people and having more working for him and cults praising him. Only problem would be the sunlight which shines over Marvel Heroes but for the promise of working with heroes Mr. Fantastic will give him temporary serum, made from Blade's cells, that should fix that problem. So he is ready to beat some bad guys.

Introduction
Born to Transylvanian nobility in 1430, Vlad Dracula would eventually become the world's most powerful vampire. Driven by lusts for power, companionship, and blood, his centuries of undead existence have brought him into conflict with vampire hunters, other immortals, and, most recently, super-powered heroes. Dracula has a vast network of loyal servants, cultists, brides, and minions, who assist him and will attempt to resurrect him if he is slain.

At the turn of the nineteenth century, Dracula fought Jonathan Harker, Abraham Van Helsing, Mina Harker, John Seward, and Quincey Morris. This conflict is chronicled in Bram Stoker's Dracula. After his apparent death, Dracula was resurrected by accident from the Frankenstein monster. Later Dracula caught wind of Clan Akkaba, which was a large following of the god-mutant Apocalypse, the same Apocalypse who brought about his downfall as Vlad the Impaler. Using his extensive resources to find more out about the Clan, Dracula began attacking them, killing off their members rigorously. He then manipulated the now vampiric Clansmen to do his will from within the clan, turning all but a handful of the members into Dracula's undead army, who also had mutant abilities thanks to the blood of Apocalypse flowing through their veins.
After many battles between the remaining Apocalypse followers, along with the vampire hunter Abraham van Helsing and Dracula's army, Apocalypse managed to impale Vlad through the heart. Apocalypse refused to take Abraham's advice, though, and did not do anything to keep Dracula permanently killed.
Powers and Skills
Vampirism: Dracula has fangs and claws that he can hide or elongate. He can quickly drain a victim of blood. Dracula, like all other vampires, is capable of transforming an individual into a vampire by biting them. A special enzyme found only within vampire saliva is responsible for this transformation.
Dracula is one of the most powerful vampires second maybe only to the first vampire Varnae. All his atributes are even greatly enhanced than those of regular vampires.
Super strenght allowing to lift 4 tons, breake Blades sword, block Collosus punch and send him flying with his own. Super speed and agility. With ease Dracula can catch crossbow bolts and when he runs he becomes just a blur.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Dracula is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissue to a great extent. Dracula can fully heal from multiple gunshots and severe burns within a matter of minutes. The more full of blood he is or more blood he will consume the greater the regeneration.
Immortality: Dracula is functionally immortal in the sense that he is immune to the effects of aging and is immune to all known Earthly diseases as long as he ingests fresh blood on a regular basis to maintain his vitality. Once killed, Dracula's power is such that he can resurrect himself under the proper conditions. if incinerated (as by sunlight or fire), Dracula can reconstitute himself if his ashes are placed in a coffin filled with soil from his homeland. If staked through the heart, Dracula can regenerate once the stake is removed.
Hypnotism: Dracula is able to hypnotize others by gazing into their eyes for a short period of time. As Lord of Vampires, Dracula can compel other vampires to follow his orders unless their willpower is strong enough to resist him.
Mind Control: A person bitten by Dracula is able to be influenced by him through a sort of empathic link. Only beings of exceptionally strong wills are capable of resisting him.
Shapeshifting: Dracula is able to shape shift into bats, rats, a wolf, and mist. He can also turn into human-sized or larger wolfen and bat-like forms.
Sorcery: Dracula is a very powerful magician. He is able to summon and command lesser vampires, undead, packs of wild dogs, bats, and rats. Weather Manipulation: He has considerable control over the elements and weather, enough to oppose Storm or Thor.

Vlad is very inteligent, he is great swordsman, tactician and have wide spread connections around the world.

Blood Meter. Above your health bar is a blood meter that is split in two. It starts full and depletes [from right to the left] with time and faster when you are hit and use Straining Powers [tagged SP]. The right half ["Well Fed"] can deplete without harm for you but theleft one ["Hunger"] while depleting reduces your defenses, damage and hp/5. Biting regenerates this bar, more so if you bite bleeding target. Bite powers are tagged.
Bites have also second function. If bleeding boss is bit you can gain some temporary buff or power if that boss isn't a regular human. From some bosses you will get +dmg from othes +cirt or +deflect, hp/5 etc. So for example blood of Asgardian Loki will power up your magic in a big way. When the buff effect is in place the Blood Meter bar glows and depletes slower for the duration.
This I'm not sure, it ca be too hard to implement or too much work - Some bosses might give more interesting buffs like for example Super Skrull would make: Your wolves and bats be invisible dealing more dmg from surprise attacks, your broad swipe hand would be made of stone and your lightning would create a fire nova.
Fangs and claws
Vampiric bite, claw strikes and hits with the back of masters hand. Excelent swordplay and impalement. Changing into giant bat and huge wolf to attack your enemies differently.Mystic Powers
Hypnotising and controlling minds. Controlling the powers of nature bringing down thunder and huricane. Summoning wolves and bats to dispatch your enemies. At the end creating a new vampire.
Fangs and claws
Broad Swipes Basic, Melee lvl 1
- Hit your enemies dismissevly in a almost half circle in front of you. Once in five hits extend your claws and slash your enemies leaving bleeding wounds. Medium speed.

- With arms to the sides you run which looks like a fast glaiding bat.

- It's not a romantic bite while dancing under the pale moon in the moonlinght shadow it casts. It's more like ripping of a chunk of muscles and spiting them on the ground.
Jump to the target [short range] and bite the neck dealin damage and if the wounds are already opened consume blood to regenerate.

- Hundreds years of swordplay thaught you more than any mortal swordsman can learn. Black Knight died from the first strike.

Bat form Melee, SP [change], Bite
- Folklor came from somewhere. It came from usefulness of quick manuvering and comfortable biting the screaming victims.
Change into a giant bat. You move faster, go over obstacles, an are harder to hit. As a bat you can't stop in place you fly forward toward the cursor, if the cursor is closer you fly slower. When you use this power again you dive from the air hiting enemies in a small area and go up again. Using any other power change you back to your humanoid form.

- So much blood. And it's all traped inside all of you. Let's change that. Let's change that right now!
Target enemy in an area around you. Dash becoming a blur hiting enemies in area around you with your claws and sword. At the end bite targeted enemy ending near him. Vampire fury first hits the targeted enemy then preffers hitting different enemies.

Hit with your open hand [back and front] strong enough that it can break neck of a horse or send row of people flying. Very Slow attack speed. Big cone in front of you [more narrow than Broad Swipes but extending further].

Wolf form Melee, SP [change]
- Hunting through night, stalking your pray, but never howling to the moon. You are not filthy lycantrop you just use this form not the other way around.
Change into a big wolf. You move faster and are harder to stop. When you use this power again you do a dash which lenght depends of how far your cursor is. If at the end of the dash there is an enemy you deal dmg in a small cone. Used almost in place but in front of you over an enemy make you attack him again but from different angle, done repeatedly make you jump around him biting time and time again. Using any other power change you back to your humanoid form.

- No matter what you want do to me I have a method of making your efforst go in vain.
Change into the fog. You become invulnerable. If you don't move at the beginig you look like smoky vissage of yourself but when you move you become a horizontal fog cloud to the end of this power. Outside of area around you, you are considered stealth. If you go outside of field of vision of enemies that were in this area you are considered stealth also to them. As fog you can move fast and freely for Xs. Second activation or end of the time changes you back into regular form. For Xs [2s?] you have adventage of surprise gaining +X critical hit and +X critical dmg.

Throw your hands into the air summoning lightning like a wide pillar of electricity. It hits the ground shocking small area around it. Slow attack speed.

Look into the eyes of your pray and turn it into your Servant. Enemy have to be biological and under X% hp to turn. Those slaves serve you untill you dissmis them or until they die. You can have up to 6 servants.

Wolves Summon, SP
- Few friendly sets of jaws. Friendly to me ofcourse.
Four wolves apear near you, two at each side. Another use of this power shows direction from the place they are in which they will run biting enemies on their way until again become AI controlled. Summon lasts Xs. One version of Wolves can be active. If you assume Wolf form and attack the same pray Wolves deal +X dmg for Xs.

- I controll the blizard as I have controlled the Storm.
Create a strong wind blowing in target area in a circle and summon snowfall in that area making it an unrelentless blizard. Only one blizard can be active.

- Controll minds of enemies in target area forcing them to fight eachother.

- From all the attics in the neighbourhood and from all the caves in the region ... no. I just need you all to deal with them to be bitten so here are the bats.
Swarm of bats shows up in the target area as one biting entity. [Animation: In their own circle they fly around in the air few swooping down, few going up and changing with other. Non stop moving and attacking.] This swarm moves on it's own but another use of this power shows them target area where they fly fast [not attacking on the way] and start attacking for 1-2s. After that time they preffer to attack enemies that were in that area and follow them prioritising stronger enemies. Summon lasts Xs. One version of Bats can be active. Bats leave small bleed. If you assume Bat form and fly through the swarm swarm moves faster and attacks faster for Xs.

Change target enemy that you have biten in last minute or target Hypnotized Servant near you into a vampire.Young vampire is a strong help but after a time vampire chooses his freedom and runs away.

Lord of Vampires
They've called me the Devil, Dragon, Father Death, Prince of Darkness, Satan, Lord of the Damned, Lord of the Undead. I am Vlad the Impaler, Lord of Vampires!
Change into more vampiristic form elongating your claws, fangs, growin in size and gaining more animalistic look. Turning into a demonic looking half-humanoid were-bat. Your other forms also look more impresive. Wolf becomes even bigger and demonic looking, Bat have gargoyle-demonic-dragon look to him.
Besides getting stronger you summon small army of undead. 4 vampires materialise around you and immediately start attacking. If you have Hypnotized servants, vampires show next to them and bite up to 4 of them which gives those vampires aditional strenght. Young Vampire stays until the end of the ultimate even if he would run away in it's duration.

You take -10% dmg
+Hp 5/s [Regenerate X% hp per 5s]
Spirit regen despite power use, Bites regenerate additional spirit.
Strain Powers don't deplete the blood meter.
