You know milking cows are costumers who support this game by spending their money.

The point of those coupons is to entice players who would not have spent money to spend money. Converting non paying customers to paying customers is a very important metric for free to play games.
Now GAZ you think that by introducing the lucky draw you have done nice by activating some players that normally wouldnt pay to give some money to you. İ thing that you are wrong because lucky draw mostly use guys who already spent they money and the creating new accounts to have much more chance to get %75 or %90 discount.
Just to mention several comment on this:

If you want me to spend more money on this game- stop constantly changing it so that I can have confidence my investments (both time and money) won't lose their value before I have received reasonable benefit.@Xionmercury said:
But if it turns out to be true that accounts that don't spend money are exponentially more likely to get the coupons and my account may never see one simply because I've already invested money...Gaz can go do something to themselves. That's deplorable and not the way to treat any customers.@tegne said:
I would like a official statement regarding the daily coupons and if there is preferential treatment to accounts that have not spent money.
Transparency please.@SinisterSunrise said:
Ive spent a lot on this game, and so far from Day 1 of the Lucky Draw Ive gotten ZERO discount card.A friend who has spent ZERO dollars, has received 7 discount cards so far.
I know what I am seeing. Gaz, no more money for you. From both of us.

:D I wont be one of the people spending. Warframe managed to squeeze money from me with these discount coupons. It'll generate Gaz income from users who might not have spent or, didn't plan on spending anytime soon (just not me). Its a good move for them.@Balthazane said:
@Asros I haven't played in awhile so I don't know how gifting has changed. But how are you gonna combat fake accounts now with people mass making accounts to try and get the big bonus G%s"

Yeah, so I've already mentioned this being a slap in the face to dedicated game-long players like myself that have already spent way too much money on this game. While I do see the reason for it from a business stand point I can't imagine getting $10 from a new player who may not spend again outside of getting another discount and another (which it seems the discounts lessen the more you spend?) is worth losing revenue from the consistent paying customers who find the system frustrating and will quit spending because we feel cheated. Finding a way to implement a legacy system or a way to reward paying players seems like a good compromise but I highly doubt anything like that happens so they can avoid a P2W model. Gaz seems happy with this rewarding frugal old players and brand new players system. Oh well. I'll still play the game every day, just won't be opening my wallet again anytime soon.
And so on...
We need some explanations from GAZ guys.
