Nowadays, anytime I go to Hell's Kitchen South for a legendary mission or when I prestige someone, right at the arsonist entrance some character is standing there attacking... indefinitely. Not only when enemies come out, but while "waiting" for the event to start again and unmoving. I just saw someone level 54 yellow with "The Answer" title doing it which I thought was pretty sad.
Is botting against the rules?
