Can anyone shed some light on this for me?....the second column second row talent for Havok states in the description that it adds a buff to energy damage, but it describes the actual effects as "+x% to powers"....does this buff only affect Havok, or also your main character? And if so, is it additional power to ALL powers, or JUST energy powers?....ie, is this useless for mental damage types like SW?
