On Steam, the game install is approximately 20 GB at present.
I have a 35 GB per month Internet allowance that I happen to share with my parents.
I also have a relatively crummy Internet download speed, averaging maybe 500 to 700 mb per hour under normal to good conditions. To do any better, I'd have to carry my desktop tower, monitor, and keyboard over to my girlfriend's house and use her much better service.
Do we have any idea at all how large the file sizes for this big, sweeping set of changes might be and if this will all be installed at once?
