All shall witness the Meat Grinding Fury of, Mags the Impaler! 8-X

[Updated 5/19] With Patch 1.14 came some Magneto tunings, so Build has been updated again to reflect those changes.

[Updated 4/18] Omega Updates for 10k

[Update 3/5] Omega's Updated to what I'm currently using atm, but are not final.

Having a blast on magneto! This was a build that i found to be very effective and fun for me. It revolves around Spike Impale, debris spending/generating and requires very little spirit management (yay). All the while dishing out heavy hits at a magnetic pace (yup i just said that).

I will be updating this post for the build as i progress with it. As of right now, my gear is mostly final but I'm still looking for more effective omega combo's.

Finally got to updating magneto (i'm a slowpoke) and I'm still enjoying spike impale alot, getting 8-9 mil+ brutal strikes on a spamable ability is pretty nice.

I welcome any and all feedback/comments...

Skill Rotation:

Stance-Dance 100% Optional

Generally Starting in Gods among Insects (GoI) stance, Dash into target ->

Imprison -> Meat Grinder ->Superiority (Optional) -> Blunt Instrument -> God among Insects-> 1x Spike Impale -> Storm of Steel, Activate Waste Not only During Sig.

Spike Impale when >50 debris, Wrecking ball as a filler when low on Debris.

Refreshing Dots & Using Ferromagnetic Blitz after every 3rd Blunt instrument and swapping stances (If choosing to stance dance) to refresh the self-buffs as needed.

(Important Note) Activate Waste Not only during Storm of Steel for an additional Damage Layer. But keep it deactivated while not using Storm of Steel or it will interfere with Spike Impale spam.

Alternately you can choose to 1 point blunt instrument and max out Electromagnetic Field instead for increased survivability.

While leveling, Spike Impale (unlocks at 47) can be replaced with compressed shrapnel as a debris spender early on.

Shrapnel barrage is a viable replacement for wrecking ball as well, I personally prefer Wrecking ball, but to each his own :)

Powers:

Spike Impale: 20 points, Debris spender, Main damage dealer/bosskiller

Blunt Instrument: 20 points, Debris management/Damage

Storm of Steel: 20 points, Signature power, Big damage boost

Waste Not: 1 points, Use only during signature for added damage boost.

Meat Grinder: 20 points, Debris spender, dot damage layer

Imprison: 20 point, Debris management/dot damage layer w/ vulnerability

God among Insects: 20 points, Damage Toggle buff

Superiority: 20 Points, Damage Toggle buff

Indomitable: 4 points, Debris management Crit rating/Crit damage passive/ CC break

Electromagnetic field: 1 point, Defensive passive w/ irresistible 2.5s stun active

Magnetic Levitation: 1 point, flying movement abil. :P

Wrecking Ball: 20 points, Debris generator, Gap filler ability, low spirit cost

PowerBar Setup:

I use the .Ini trick (Method 2) to help switch bars quickly while keeping my Aura's/ CC break and Stun on Page 2 for easy stance swapping.

Thanks to @BurmaJones‌ for pointing this out, I've dropped polarity surge completely, and Maxed out Wrecking ball instead which was a positive increase in ttk times.

Thanks to @Revel‌ for letting me use his vid of an Older build variant with Polarity Surge, to see how it worked out on live before i got to 60.

His gear used is in the vid above.

(Disclaimer: Don't claim to be a math wiz, or the best at build write-ups, that being said this is simply what i enjoy using and what i felt others might enjoy as well.)
