hey guys. i have question here. why is the insignia of penance doesnt works when i use Spirit of vengeance with infernal contract spec? and the effect from infernal contract too doesnt proc(the 25% damage while below 50% hp).
is it because it says "health is reduced to 50% and cannot regen beyond its maximum"?
