It seems like every time I get a legendary mission that tells me to defeat the Shocker or Doc Ock or whoever, my character can get just outside where they should be -- only to be met with a gate that blocks entry. Is this a glitch or something new? Is there something I'm supposed to do to gain access?
Right now, my only workaround has been to reroll the mission so that I don't get a story. Terminals work fine. Midtown, Industrial and High Town all work fine.
