Who we are

We are the Walrus has been around since October of 2013 with stable leadership and no drama. We have about 525 members currently, average anywhere from 15-60 online at a time and are looking to continue to grow our ranks in all time zones. We're an inclusive, friendly guild that focuses on creating a positive gaming experience for everyone.

We use Discord for raids and have a website, the link is in my signature.

We like to be people's long term home and plan on being around for many years to come here in MH.

No age/skill restriction currently but please avoid overly offensive chat, (no overt or incendiary racism, misogyny, etc.) We look to have a friendly, open environment.

Positivity is key!

We welcome players interested in any part of the game, raiding is not required.

Raid information

RAID INFORMATION
We currently have a scheduled weekly Friday night at 6 PM PST/Server time experienced run of all 3 raids.

Saturday at 2pm PST/Server time we run a Red Muspelheim that is learner friendly, with an occasional Green Axis right afterwards.

Sunday at 2 pm PST/Server time is another sometime learner Green Axis

Base requirements :50 Raid Dummy TTK and 40k effective health (seen in the stats part of the character screen.) Discord required.

We are always looking to add more raid leaders and times as well as people to fill the slots. Green Muspelheim is a great beginner raid and there are impromptu runs fairly frequently in addition to the scheduled ones.

We would really like to recruit even more red raid ready people to continue to flesh out our teams and get even more groups going so everyone can get their hearts.

Regarding Raids

We don't require you to have a certain amount of omegas to red raid, but we do ask that you are properly geared for red raids and have an acceptable ttk for red raids. We have successfully cleared red raids with 3 people who hadn't done a red raid yet and also had 1500-2500 omegas.

For axis at this time our most active raiders are online at a euro friendly time, for experienced people @gutshotjack can fit ppl into good axis groups.

Some people we're looking for

Looking for lots more Euro/daytime players in general too, we're heavily tilted to PST evenings right now as our prime time.

I also would like a few more people who would be willing to run green raids for people who still need/want them on a consistent basis, or a skilled raid leader for Red Muspel or Green Axis. Or someone that would like to run a scheduled weekly event of any kind, even if it's something like X-Def, or Age of Ultron or Cosmic Patrols.

I'm also looking for someone who would like to help with website stuff like doing fun write-ups or posting pictures so someone looking for a group that has an interest in that aspect of the game would be fantastic as well.
