Nothing to fancy, but it works.

And the low budget alternative. ~1 min TTK which is good enough for Red Muspelheim, and you should be able to pull your weight in Onslaught Raid. I was able to hold 90 stacks in the Sentinel fight.
The only items used are farmable through events or are just regular drops.
Omegas used: 1000.
http://marvelheroes.info/build/32479/
Dumped leftover points in Kevlar to give a little bit more defense.
Some other options:
- 1 pointing Stinging Shot. Useful as a way to knock enemies down before you roll in.
- Dump them in Kiss for a little more DoT.
- Dump them in Coupe, for those moments when you are to far away from your target for a Kick. Like in raids when you have to stay clear of the Sentinels or Slag.
- Covert Sniper. Who doesn't like taking a pot shot now and again.
Rotation goes something like this:
Silent Killer, Sweepkick, Kiss, Deadly Blade, Deadly Kick, Silent Killer, SIG, Deadly Kick, Sweep Kick until Sig runs out, Silent Killer.
Use Drones on CD whenever you want, doesn't really matter since it has no animation.
Ult Rotation
1 Sweepkick (10% Vulnerability), Deadly Kick (+10% damager), Sig (A lot of bonus damage), Ult.
It is always preferred to do a Deadly Kick or if it is on cool down a Sweep Kick after Silent Killer, stack that damage!
The Silent Killer spamming is to keep up the Attack Speed, Always make sure you use it just before you hit the Sig and start spamming Sweepkick, since they both have roughly the same duration.
Damage reduction in combat goes up to 55%, which is high enough to be comfortable in melee range even in CICP.
Acrobatic Assault is one of my most used powers. I use it for traveling (First do a Silent Killer for the speed boost) and repositioning myself after using Silent Killer in a boss fight.
Cosmic Danger Room
This is where the SHIELD or Hydra team-up comes in to play. I prefer to use it on passive, but what makes it so good is the number of summons it produces. Every mob that isn't targeting you will get demolished by your +damage to unaware targets from Red Room Reflexes which at rank 50 sits at 797.
This build is strong enough to contribute in 2+ manned groups. Just roll in to your target, Sweep kick, Deadly Kick, Sig and keep spamming Sweep Kick. After that, Silent Killer, Sweep Kick and start slashing Deadly Blade.
When you run CDR solo, stealth is your best friend. Dealing with large groups of mobs is not to hard with her.
There are 2 options here.
1. Silent Killer, Sweep Kick, Deadly Kick, Sig + Sweep spam
2. Silent Killer, Sweep Kick. Rince and repeat until everything is deaded. This is best to use when Sig is on cool down or when you want to save your Sig for later.
Don't forget to use Acrobatic Assault, Stunning your targets for 3+ seconds.
On maintaining spirit
These gear options allow us to maintain spirit indefinitely without ever using a medkit for spirit restore.
Gearing option 1
Power Doop + Lizard's Formula
My preferred setup. The spirit bar goes only down about a quarter, maybe half way down in chaotic combat. But It goes back up real fast with big bursts of spirit.
Gearing option 2
Power Doop + Claw of the Sisters
Gives roughly the same spirit as Lizard's Forumula and keeps you from starving. Offers a fair amount of damage and survivability as well. Her own slot 5 is overal better though.
Gearing option 3
Power Doop + Cyclops was Right T-shirt.
Some nice stats on this one, plus it is farmable.
Gearing option 4
Power Doop + Mobile Lab Kit.
Gearing option 5
Power Doop + Arnim Zola's ESP box
A classic. can be bought in Trade for 1 blessing
Gearing option 6
Power Doop + Mental Focus Headband
can be bought in Trade for 1 blessing
Gearing option 7
Power Doop + Hand of Nimrod.

Just wanted to add a couple other ideas outside of specific gear choices.
1) Invest in Strength, which is going to increase damage and decrease spirit cost of Physical powers. The number to aim for is going to depend on how much spirit recovery gear you have (i.e. the more recovery you have, the less spirit reduction you'll need). The build I use right now has 15 Strength, but I'm still tweaking it and trying out new ideas.
Sources of Strength:
- Focused Strength of Grom Omega node (found in Psionics)
- Super Soldier Serum Omega node (found in Human Augmentation)
- Pet Bonuses
- Challenge Bonuses
- Misc artifacts, rings, costume cores, etc.2) Take advantage of Pyro node if you use Rolling Grenades in your build. Grenades cause enemies to burn. Pyro note will restore spirit each time you hit a burning enemy. Note: Can get expensive.
3) Take a look at synergy bonuses. E.g. Loki will give 5% Spirit reduction to powers and 5% damage to slowed targets. (Note: Widow's Kiss has a slow effect).
Glad to see people are playing Black Widow.
What may work, but should be avoided
Pym's Shrinking Serum. To inconsistent, and its usefulness goes down to 0 in groups where you are targeted less. And no offensive capabilities.
Advanced Scrolls of Pama. Depending on where you play this can give you tons of spirit. But when you are 1 on 1 like in raids or certain Danger Room situations.
Unique alternatives:
Slot 1 Unique
* Overseer's Mace.
* Fragment of Twilight.
Lots of damage and survivability on both these items. Valid replacements for Yelena's Bite.
Honorable mentions. Not as good as the other options, but sometimes we want to try something new, or don't have access to the prefered items. (In no particular order):
* Howard's BFG.
* Hannibal King's Hand cannon.
* Vibro Shock Gauntlets.
* Fire Giant's Sword.
Slot 5 Unique
* Sisters claw
Slight DPS decrease, but added survivability and spirit return.
Artifact alternatives
Upgraded Shi'ar Cloaking Device
This item is no joke. +1000 damage while you are in Sig, after every Silent Killer and with every Silent Killer + Sweep Kick attack. I would equip this instead of Lizard's formula when her spirit issues get resolved.Ziggurat
For obvious reasons :)Fist of Apocalypse
A really solid item, every stat on this is great for BW.Armor Nano Poison
For when you struggle with getting your power ranks to 50. And BW can always use more Fighting and Brut stats.Rhino or Polar Figurine.
Not as bad as most people think. +8 Attack speed, +1 to all powers, -1% damage from melee enemies and some tasty HP.Taskie's Guide
Lots of defense and a fair amount of damage. Great for when you can't get your Crit hit ratings to 50%+Ilas
What's not to love? A lot of HP and Crit stats.Advanced Super Soldier Serum
For when the going gets tough, there is no shame in using a purely defensive artifact. And this is one of the best there is. It even has a 5% increase to attack and move speed.Hyde's Formula
HP, Brutal stats and buffing your medkits which are already buffed from Kevlar Reinforced Bodysuit.Tanya's Love Letter
Every mob around you is permanently weakened, +2 fighting and a fair amount of damage rating.Mayhem Demonblood
A.R.M.O.R. Supercharged Power Cell
Advanced Circlet of Cyttorak
Advanced Crimson Crystal of Cyttorak
A.R.M.O.R. M-26 Anti-Reality Grenade
Great artifact for her, 1000 damage rating and 1000 Brutal Strike rating to your Highest damage powers.
Medallion alternatives
Doc Doom
Grim Reaper.
Honey Badger.
Red Skull.
Doc Oc.
I love this one. Maybe not the best in DPS, but it's great for buffing your Sig + Kick spam.Red Onslaught.
If you can get it, it is a great option.
Legendary alternatives
Level 70
- Power Cosmic
Level 80
Excalibur
Shield of Purseus
Casket of Ancient Winters
Most of our powers are Area tagged and our slot 5 is also Chill orientated. Our Deadly Blade damage will not benefit from this, but the other powers will make up for it.
Runeword alternatives
Power Doop is the best by a longshot, but if you don't have it yet you could try
Lady of the sword
God of Mischief
Brigand's Fortune
Relic alternatives
Asgard
Lemuria
