Today's Test Center build contains some updates for Angela going out with the next patch:
Nothing for Nothing - This power now only requires 3 activations rather than 5. Vulnerability effect condensed into one effect. Activation speed increased. Fixed issues with final activation not always going on cooldown, and icon / tooltip for final activation not being correct. Should no longer break target lock on final activation. Power re-tuned to account for changes made to this power.
Living Ribbons - The Spirit cost for this power has been removed.
Hevenly Charge - This power now has a variable range depending on cursor location when the power is activated.
Removed the erroneous Bleed keyword from Know My Name and Weep tooltip.
Added additional tooltip note about Ichor's Wrath resetting Assassin's Armory powers when an enemy is defeated.
Fixed an issue that caused Daughter of Odin's Accuracy buff to not always be applied correctly.
Fixed an issue that caused Piercing Ribbons' Spirit cost to not update in tooltip with Spirit cost reduction.
We'd like you to try out the new signature and let us know what you think. This version of the power should be noticeably more responsive, and much shorter overall with fewer activations. We also believe with the way this power was rebuilt that issues with the final activation not always going on cooldown should be resolved, so please let us know if you encounter any issues on that front.
The removal of Living Ribbons' Spirit costs should also put Angela's overall Spirit consumption in an easier to manage position, particularly earlier in progression as this power unlocks relatively early at 26 before players have access to much in the way of Spirit management tools.
