I was leveling up my Angela and when the notification for raising attributes popped up at the top of the screen, several were listed but only a few of them changed. For example the attribute for strength popped up 3 more times but remained at 4. Has any one else had this issue? This is probably unrelated but after playing for a while I was also unable to assign omega points. Anyone have any advice? Can anyone help?
