Sorcerous Shield (Arcane Shield?) now increases Master of Sorcery power damage by 15%.
Lay Waste base damage increased 60% (before all multipliers), power now has a 4s cooldown.
Sorcerous Blast (Staff Blast?) is now a spirit spender with more base damage, more impactful visuals, and an increased critical hit chance.
