Updated spreadsheet: https://www.mediafire.com/?vx1di8uoi7bm2po
It's been forever since I updated this thread, but I finished the Rocket spreadsheet and am moving on to Dr. Doom. Here are the major points of the spreadsheet so far:
^This is where you can choose from a dropdown menu of gear/enchants/etc for your character.
This is also where you can choose the following:
1) Abilities. Click the checkbox next to the name of the ability you want and it's dps will be added into your rotation. There's a condition at the end of every filler ability that adds an animation penalty of every checked ability ability when it's activated. If an item has no animation time, like Groot or turrets, it just adds it's dps on top of everything if you have it talented.
2) Specialization. Click the radio button of the specialization you want to activate. Once you have a spec selected, it will activate conditions on certain abilities and stats pertaining to the specialization.
3) Weaving Checkbox. You check this box if you are weaving. Like with the ability checkboxes, it adds it's animation penalty to each of your filler abilities.
4) Total omegas, talents points, and mob level, and ultimate rank. Put in da numbers and see da results, mon...
5) Fighting Conditions. This is where you will check off the conditions of your fighting arrangement. I would also like to add a bleeding condition as well as the group buff conditions like Power.
One thing that I am adding to my Dr Doom spreadsheet:
1) Damage school conditions. I'll have checkboxes for each school of damage such as ranged, melee, area, physical, mental, and energy. These checkboxes will activate conditions on omegas/gear/abilities/etc that will only activate under that certain school of damage. An example of this would be the Anti-Reality Grenade. If you check off the physical box then you'll unlock the physical portion of that item for dps and gear ranking purposes. The same goes with omegas nodes like Halfworld and everything else in the Interstellar tree.
^This shows you the damage breakdown of all your abilities. If an ability is marked as zero, it means that it has been checked off from above as is not part of your rotation. There are buttons at the bottom that can copy your readouts up to 3 times if you wanted to compare sets of gear/omegas/synergies. There is also a pie chart in the middle that shows you how much of your total damage your pets do. Mmm... pie.
One thing that I would like to add is another pie chart showing your melee/ranged/area/physical/mental/energy breakdown.
^This is where you would put in your gear stats if you were using your equipped gear. The grayed out portions are of gear slots that have already been filled by the dropdown menus from the first picture. The Dr Doom spreadsheet that I'm working on has a way more comprehensive amount of stats for input.
^This is where you will put in your talents. I tried to make it look like the UI in game. There is also a reset button at the bottom as well as a talent count that goes off of what you put in for the first screenshot. Up top, there is a dps readout with ability breakdown like the one in the second screenshot. I have to go back and fix it for Rocket, but it's getting a complete overhaul for my Dr Doom sheet.
^Here we have the sheet where you input your omega points. Like with the talent calculator, I tried to make it look like the one in game. There are reset buttons for each individual tree as well as a universal reset button for everything at the top. This calculator goes by the amount of points you input from the first screenshot and will tell you how many you have left at the top. Like with the talent calculator, it has the same dps readout at the top. I also have conditions set in place to prevent you from putting something ridiculous like 200 points into Mind Over Matter :P; every node will only go up to the in game maximum.
^Your synergies will be selected from here. Just check the checkbox next to each synergy and you're done. There's a reset button, list of how many active synergies, and dps readout at the top. There is also a synergy ranker in the middle there that will rank your synergies based on current stats.
^Here are where your rankers will be. This sheet will generate ranking readouts for your gear/enchants/blessings/artifacts/etc. One thing that I am adding to the Dr Doom spreadsheet is a readout of not only dps, but also of health and defense. This will allow you to make a more-informed decision of dps vs defense.
^Here is where your omega ranker is located. Like with the other rankers, you'll click the button at the top and the ranker will spit out a list of omega nodes from most to least efficient based on current stats. Another thing that I would like to do... eventually is have a ranker for defense and health. It's probably not going to happen anytime soon, but the thought has always been in the back of my mind.
There are a couple of other things that I want to add to my upcoming sheet:
1) Simple stat comparisons. I'm thinking of something like the sheet that Walkeneightyone has, but with around 5-10 columns for stat comparisons. Another feature that I want to implement is a number of sliders for your schools of damage. There will be individual sliders for melee, ranged, area, mental, physical, and energy. These sliders will be changeable and dictate how much dps that school of damage contributes to your total dps. I think this will give a better estimate of how much an omega node from interstellar or certain skrull necklaces actually contribute to your overall dps.
2) A snapshot option. I know this probably going to be fixed pretty soon, but how it would work would involve a condition placed inside of each minion that I want to snapshot. When this condition is met, the stats for that minion will freeze at the moment of that met condition and remain unchanging. I'm not sure how to do this in excel off the top of my head, but it's something that would be neat to have :P.
Anyway, let me know if you have suggestions or criticisms. I really want to hear what other spreadsheet makers can offer to make anything here better.
