Why do Friday patches even exist anymore? How many times have they failed? 90%? 100%? One thing is for certain: they have failed consistently and many times, over and over. With all this taken into account and the many people saying that a Friday patch is disastrous, why do you (Gaz) feel the need to push out Friday patches? More so, why push a Friday patch with major "content"? It's obviously going to have bugs of varying magnitude. Why not just wait until Monday and then have the opportunity to monitor the bugs during the work week rather than leaving the game for an entire weekend or getting an extremely delayed fix during arguably the highest peak game time during the week?
You blatantly ignore past evidence, you don't learn from past experience, and then you ignore the common sense from the player base. When has a Friday patch ever worked out for anyone? I said it before, and I'll say it again: if some outside force is pressuring you into rushing the game updates (such as Marvel and not your own wishes to push out patches ASAP), then I am sorry and I understand. We see no evidence of that though.
How in the Hell was a Friday patch for a major event even considered? Is there actually anyone out there that would rather have a Friday patch as opposed to delaying the patch to the Monday after the weekend? This frustration has been voiced SO MANY TIMES on the forums.
1/10, would not play this event again, in the manner that it was pushed out.
10/10 would have rather had 1/2/3 hero QoLs and the regular event schedule.
Quality over Quantity?
Every time I think you guys are turning it around, something like this happens :(
