So, I just got my punisher to red 60. Really excited about that, and ive got pretty much everything that I need on him.
Ive got all very good artifacts and uniques and think they are BIS. I am using 4x loki blessings right now, and I was thinking maybe balder would be better? It would help with ammo and my punisher only has around 2600 dmg rating, so I thought an extra 800 might be nice, but idk.
Also, I have no medallion equipped right now, was thinking of saving comms for a red ONS one, but idk if that's BIS.
Please leave helpful comments, punisher is one of my mains and I would like to have him fully geared as soon as possible.
