After the Blessing changes, how's the TTK on your top Heroes?

Ummm.. Huhhh..
Just curious the effects of these changes directly affecting ALL Builds, ALL accross ALL Heroes.

So, What changed? (I'm at work now and far away.. sort of out of town, so, I can't check them)
