This builds can do any content with ease even the hardest one such as red raid, cosmic terminals. This is what i have set up for my Thor via endgame. Change may happen anytime for flexibility or simply better damage. Feel free to ask and i will try my best to elucidate any questions.

Insignia: Mockingbird, EricOgrady, Wolverine, Thor, Spider-man, Captain America. with CDR/BDR/7Aspd/+1all/CHR/DRtoBoss
Artifacts: Gem of the Kurse, Taskmaster Guide, Armor Issued Nano-Poison, Hulkbuster Package, Lizard Formula, Spider Clone Serum, Advance Robot Dispenser, Hyde Formula, Advance Meta Array, Hand of Doom, White Suit Jacket.
Relic: Atlantis/Lemuria (Lemuria a must for AXIS Raid Encounter 1)
TIPS:
Make sure target is always underneath Bring the Thunder power radius. to maintain vulnerability and slow (slow does not affect raid bosses, remove loki/iceman synergy during raid if necessary)
In Axis Raid, use Groot Team-up passive, lemuria relic, trifecta core. Rogue synergy and twillight slot 1 if necessary.
