Hero Feedback - Short Term and Long Term?

With each hero getting fresh feedback - makes me wonder whether there are short term or long term goals? Considering the time it takes to do a QOL on 1 hero.

I think one of the great overhauls for each hero was travel powers - right across the entire number of the heroes! Excellent!!!

IMO
Short term consideration would be to look at the role of passives in each hero kit. For example, in the past some passives have been combined to maximise points allocation. Toggles are also a thought in this suggestion. Time and energy is put into making different skills, but due to points allocation these abilities are wasted because a major part of points are required for passives/toggles - especially for survivability, brute and crit rating. Across each hero - in each of their passives - 'a single point' could be applied with a 'fixed amount of benefits'. e.g. brute, crit, health reg, overall health, etc. Then valuable points could be used for skills - increasing choice, build types, gameplay, and maximising every power that can be placed on the bar. This would be a max of 8 skills/powers + 1 travel skill/power.

Long Term - QOL would include primarily either new skills/powers, abilities updates, the different methods of spirit use, secondary resources, or new animations.

I prefer looking at the global scale of the heroes, as opposed to every single hero. Just reading through feedback on one hero (gee), little alone on all heroes - the task is enormous! Very few heroes would change, unless there were no new heroes introduced into the game! Not even thinking about new content and end game stuff!

Food for thought and open to other suggestions!
