Developer Note: A few months back, we removed Rogue's power restrictions, opening up her build options dramatically. We said then we'd be monitoring and making changes (likely reductions here and there), and have not done that up until now. As many of you know, Rogue has had a tier of her own in damage after players really figured out how to maximize her potential, going above everyone else by a good margin. Edit: Looking at a few first-hand.
- Blood and Thunder: -23.5% to DoT damage. Rest untouched.
- Chaotic Hex: -10% Damage
- Crashing Hail: -15% damage to DoT, -57.5% damage to lightning.
- Solar Strike: -7.5% damage.
- Swooping Flames: -32% damage.
- Wrath of Muspelheim: -10% to Impact, -22.3% to DoT, buff unchanged, now Ranged instead of Melee.
- Vaulting Uppercut and Drain Life were not changed. Five Finger Rogue Punch, being a variant on those two, also slipped through unchanged.
- Most other former Attrition DoTs seem to be pretty consistently -15% from a few quick tests.
I don't have Teleportal on TC, so I can't give any info on that.
