I want to give an update on what to expect with Travel Powers:
Travel Powers are now 1 point maximum powers that consume no resource. All heroes will have one of these dedicated Travel Powers.
There is now a dedicated hotkey you can keybind in the options menu so that you can activate any hero's Travel Power without having it slotted on the hotbar.
Travel Powers now universally unlock at level 10. To do this, some power unlock levels have been switched around.
Colossus - Steel Cyclone now unlocks at level 42 (was 10)
Deadpool - Superiour Healing Factor now unlocks at level 8 (was 10)
Iron Man - Jet-Thrust Punch now unlocks at level 12 (was 10)
Moon Knight - Crescent Snare now unlocks at level 14 (was 10)
Nova - Cascading Bolt now unlocks at level 12 (was 10)
Nightcrawler's power progression has undergone a bit more extensive revamping. We noticed that he had several powers unlock at the same level, and other levels that commonly had a power unlock in other heroes did not have one.
Flash and Grab now unlocks at level 8 (was 10)
X-Slash now unlocks at level 22 (was 10)
Master Swordsman now unlocks at level 16 (was 18)
One Step Ahead now unlocks at level 12 (was 10)
Advancing Guard now unlocks at level 28 (was 22)
Flying Sabre now unlocks at level 3 (was 28)
Travel powers that has something extra have been modified. Some scale with with ranks in other passives, some have been set to a flat value, and others have been removed.
Colossus's Siberian Express damage scales with points in Osmium Champion.
Ghost Rider's Ride damage scales with points in Spirit of Vengeance
Green Goblin's Glide bomb damage scales with points in Strength Over Sanity
Vision's Heavy Sprint damage scales with points in Density Shift
Juggernaut's Stride now generates a flat 20% Momentum (equal to Rank 21)
Nova's Traverse the Cosmos now generates a flat 12.5% Shield strength (equal to Rank 16)
Doctor Doom's From Here to Latveria no longer regenerates Power
Kitty Pryde's Air Walking no longer regenerates Spirit
Punisher's Sprint no longer provides Dodge Rating while channeled
Icons, names, and descriptions are still in progress.
Squirrel Girl's VFX is still in progress.
