So I'm sure all of you know the SHIELD artifact you get given as story reward, it shows enemies on minimap, bit of crit, and ups your ranged damage the further away you are from enemy up to 10-14% (roll dependant) at max range?
And in case someone doesn't know, vanquish is almost the same thing in omega power form, gives 1% per level up to 20% more ranged damage at max range from enemy.
So I got two questions. First off, are these working at all right now, or am I just dumb and doing something wrong? I tested various configurations of the two, with only SHIELD arti, with only vanquish, varying mixtures of both and even neither, but no matter what I did I still seemed to be getting the exact same damage numbers, no matter the distance from target.
Hell I even tested the omega thats supposed to increase ranged damage the closer you're to the target. I forget its name, but that showed up change in damage.
Then secondly, if I was just dumb and they actually ARE working as intended, do they stack or does only the higher % apply since its same bonus? Like if I get 14 from SHIELD arti the vanquish won't do anything if its below that, or vice versa if vanquish is 15-20% and SHIELD only 14%?
All testing so far was done on lev 60 Deadpool's minigun power, cause I heard Bang Bang is supposedly still broken despite UI showing correct values now.
